At long last, the new forum is available. Sorry it took so long, but hopefully it’s been worth the wait. For full details of the new forum software, please read the welcome message in the Announcements topic.
The old forum data has been preserved, with some minor casualties:
- There is no syntax colouring of quoted sections, because the new forum software handles quoting in a completely different way
- The “date posted” information for all posts reflects the time when the database migration was performed, rather than the original posting date from the old forum.
All feedback on the new forum software is welcome; if you think you’ve found a bug, please check the bug tracker to see if it’s already mentioned and if not, add a new ticket. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask questions in the bugs topic of the forum first. Thanks!
