Overview
The Help application provides floating interactive (bubble) help. Most RISC OS applications support interactive help so you can learn how to use many of them simply by hovering your mouse pointer over the area of interest.
Installation Instructions
Copy the application out of the zip archive onto your hard disc and run by double-clicking.
